Turning research traffic into a filled CRM pipeline

The landing page built for the campaign.

Challenge

Cell Life had Make and Monday.com automations already built, but no consistent way to get new leads into that pipeline. Prospects researching hyperbaric therapy had no clear next step.

Both conversion paths offered side by side.

Approach

We built a landing page with two conversion paths, a direct inquiry form and a gated ebook download, both wired straight into their existing Make and Monday.com workflows, so every new lead lands directly in their CRM with no manual entry.

The Make scenario connecting the landing page form submissions through to Monday.com.
Form submissions routed into Monday.com automatically.

Result

Cell Life's team reports conversions increased significantly, since prospects who were not ready to inquire directly still entered the pipeline through the ebook, giving the sales team more people to follow up with.
